アイブロウリストからの注意事項
【アイブロウWAX施術について】 ご予約前に以下の内容をご確認ください。 ■ ご来店前のお願い 施術前2週間は、眉毛の自己処理（毛抜き・シェーバー・カット等）をお控えください。 十分な長さの眉毛がない場合、WAX脱毛の効果やデザインの再現性が低下する場合がございます。 また、施術当日にお顔やまぶたのむくみが強い場合、デザインに影響することがあります。その際はご相談いただくか、別日での施術をおすすめする場合がございます。 ■ 施術によるお肌への影響について WAX脱毛の特性上、施術後に以下の症状が出る場合があります。 ・赤み ・腫れ ・ヒリつき ・かゆみ ・一時的な乾燥 また、稀に皮膚表面が薄く剥離する場合があります。 剥離はお肌のターンオーバー（生まれ変わり）に伴う反応であり、通常は数日～2～3週間程度で落ち着きます。 お肌の状態によっては、アレルギー反応やその他の肌トラブルが生じる可能性がございますのでご了承ください。 ■ デザインについて アイプチ・埋没法・ダウンタイム中の施術や、お肌のツレ・左右差がある場合は、ご希望のデザインを完全に再現できない場合がございます。 また、アイブロウ施術の特性上、施術後のお直しは承っておりません。 施術終了時に鏡でご確認いただき、気になる箇所がございましたらその場でお申し付けください。お時間内で可能な範囲で対応いたします。 ■ 施術をお受けいただけない方 以下に該当する場合は施術をお断りしております。 ・極度の日焼けをされている方 ・ピーリング施術直後の方 ・ニキビの薬を服用中または使用中の方 ・発熱（37.3℃以上）や体調不良の方 ・皮膚疾患がある方 ・出血を伴うニキビや傷がある方 ・ものもらい等の感染症がある方 ・妊娠中の方 ・腰痛などによりフラットな姿勢が困難な方 ■ キャンセル・遅刻について 5分以上の遅刻 → 細かな仕上げ処理ができない場合があります。 10分以上の遅刻 → 細かな処理やメイク仕上げを省略させていただく場合があります。 10分を超える遅刻 → 次のお客様のご予約状況により、お時間変更または別日への変更をお願いする場合があります。 ■ ご返金について 施術代金は、いかなる場合もご返金いたしかねます。 以上の内容をご理解・ご了承のうえ、ご予約をお願いいたします。 お支払いはお釣りのないようにお願いいたします。 VISA master AMERICAN Express ID Suica 交通系、PayPay などご利用いただけます。 # Eyebrow Wax Service Information Please read the following information carefully before booking your appointment. ## Before Your Appointment Please do not trim, shave, tweeze, or otherwise groom your eyebrows for at least 2 weeks before your appointment. Insufficient hair growth may affect the effectiveness of the wax treatment and the final eyebrow design. If you have significant facial or eyelid swelling on the day of your appointment, the eyebrow design may be affected. In such cases, we may recommend rescheduling your appointment. ## Possible Skin Reactions Due to the nature of eyebrow waxing, you may experience: - Redness - Swelling - Mild irritation - Itching - Temporary dryness In rare cases, slight skin peeling may occur. This is a temporary reaction related to the skin's natural renewal process and usually improves within a few days to 2–3 weeks. Depending on your skin condition, allergic reactions or other skin sensitivities may occur. ## About the Eyebrow Design If you have eyelid tape, eyelid glue, recent eyelid procedures, or are currently in a healing period after a cosmetic procedure, we may not be able to achieve your desired eyebrow shape. Due to the nature of eyebrow services, touch-ups are not available after the appointment. Please check your eyebrows carefully during the final mirror check. If there is anything you would like adjusted, please let us know before leaving. We will make reasonable adjustments within the appointment time. ## Clients We Cannot Treat For safety reasons, we cannot provide services to clients who: - Have severe sunburn - Have recently had a chemical peel or peeling treatment - Are currently using acne medications (oral or topical) - Have a fever (37.3°C / 99.1°F or higher) or are feeling unwell - Have skin disorders or skin infections - Have bleeding acne, open wounds, or facial injuries - Have a stye or other eye infections - Are pregnant - Are unable to lie flat due to back pain or other physical conditions ## Late Arrival Policy More than 5 minutes late: - Detailed finishing work may be limited. More than 10 minutes late: - Detailed finishing work and makeup finishing may not be available. More than 10 minutes late: - Depending on the next appointment, we may need to shorten, reschedule, or move your appointment to another day. ## Refund Policy All service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. We kindly ask that you prepare the exact amount in cash if possible. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, iD, Suica, other transportation IC cards, and PayPay.
