I'm very satisfied with Sana-san and the haircut I was given. The service was very good, and even though my Japanese is not that good we could still communicate and she did her best to make sure I understood her.
The haircut itself I got is very modern and looks sharp (what I wanted), and she gave me recommendations on how she could cut my hair, what products to use, and showed me how to style my hair according to my wishes.
For those of you not too comfortable speaking Japanese, I really recommend Sana-san. She does her best to guide you to the best haircut and makes sure you're satisfied.
With that said, even if you are a bit unsure about going to a salon with a someone you can't speak the same language as, give Sana a try. She is very friendly, has experience and she made me feel very welcomed. The price is also very reasonable, so give it a shot!
