  I visited this salon yesterday. While the service was complimentary , I found that they didn’t have the appropriate tools to remove gel nails.Instead ,they used a nail file, which unfortunately caused discomfort and even altered the shape of my nails!! When I shared my concerns, the manager acknowledged their limitation of their tools without offering an apology. Even tho the service is free , it shouldn't result in damaging other's nails.Nails are important aspect of personal grooming , particularly for many individual. Additionally , upon entering the salon , I was asked to register on their website before the start of the nail service because this acc is only for training purpose , they gave separate website for regular clients & for further visits. I've experienced complimentary as well as paid services at other salons but this one led to damage to my nails.I observed other customers also had their gel nails removed solely with a nail file, rather than the appropriate tools.
