If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled. ⚠️ If you cancel at the last minute on the day of your appointment, or fail to show up without any notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount will be charged. ⚠️ If you require nail removal (gel removal/off), please let us know by message in advance. ⚠️ If you currently have large nail charms/parts attached or nail extensions, please inform us beforehand. In such cases, the service may take longer than the scheduled time. ⚠️ If you would like nail art, crack repair, nail extensions, or similar services, please let us know in advance. Nail parts and stickers are available. Additional charges will apply. ⚠️ Please understand that we may refuse service if you have green nail syndrome, bleeding, or any skin or nail condition. ⚠️ Repairs for lifting, chipping, or other issues are provided free of charge within one week of the appointment.
