⚠️ ご予約前に必ずお読みください 📸 モニターについて ・施術前後のお写真撮影(首から下のみ)とアンケートへのご協力が条件です。ご同意いただけない場合は通常価格でのご案内となります。 ・お写真は個人が特定されない形で管理し、施術データとしてのみ使用します。 ・モニター価格は2026年12月31日ご来店分まで。ご予約枠には限りがあります。 ・他のクーポン・割引との併用はできません。 🕐 ご予約・キャンセル ・変更・キャンセルは【前日18時】までにご連絡ください。 ・当日キャンセルは【施術料金の50%】、無断キャンセルは【100%】を申し受けます。 ・遅れてご到着の場合、施術時間が短くなることがあります。 ・カップルメニューは2名様同時のご予約をお願いします。 🚫 施術をお受けいただけない方 ・妊娠中、またはその可能性がある方 ・発熱など体調がすぐれない方、飲酒後の方 ・施術部位に傷、炎症、皮膚トラブルがある方 ・ペースメーカーなど体内に医療機器や金属がある方(EMS、キャビテーション使用コース) ・生理中の方はよもぎ蒸しをお受けいただけません(他の内容に変更します) ・通院中、服薬中の方は事前に医師へご相談ください。 💡 その他 ・当サロンの施術は医療行為ではありません。感じ方や変化には個人差があります。 ## English ⚠️ **Please read before booking** 📸 **Model Client Terms** ・Before & after photos (neck down only) and a short questionnaire are required. Availability is limited. ・Cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts. 🕐 **Booking & Cancellation** ・Please notify us of changes or cancellations by 【6 pm the day before】. ・Same-day cancellation: 【50%】 of the treatment price. No-show: 【100%】. ・If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened. ・Couples menus must be booked for two guests at the same time. 🚫 **We cannot treat guests who:** ・Are or may be pregnant ・Have a fever, feel unwell, or have been drinking alcohol ・Have wounds, inflammation, or skin trouble on the treatment area ・Have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device or metal (courses using EMS or cavitation) ・Are menstruating: yomogi herbal steam is not available (we will substitute another treatment) ・If you are under medical care or taking medication, please consult your doctor first.
