一週間内問題あればでやり直すことができますから、もうしオフしたいと連絡ください。
以下は私の反省です。
１：オフの時、ベース状態を判断して、ベースフィルインができると思いましたから、無言でフィルインしたこちらのせいです、すみませんでした。
２：角質を処理した時痛みが出ましたごめんなさいました。すぐ調整した、この後もっと気を付けます。
３：ベースを塗る時、ゲルの形のため、お客様の手を反転した時力を入れたことっがすみませんでした。
In case new customers don’t know I will explain it in English.
At gel off process, I think the base gel can be used again which can protect real fingernail get injured by machine. But I do not inform customer so maybe let her felt bad about it. When I used machine to remove the dead skin the customer felt pain. I adjustment the speed and strength. When I blushed the base gel, I want it can have a nice shape so I tried to overturn her hand for adjustment the highpoint, at this process I used some strength to let her hand be in horizontal position which might felt uncomfortable.
1: 고객님이 네일 지울 때 베이스 상태를 이미 확인해서 베이스 코트 할 수 있을 것 같아 무언으로 하는 것은 제 잘못입니다. 죄송합니다. 2: 큐터클을 처리할 때 아픔이 발생해 죄송합니다. 바로 조정했고, 앞으로는 더 주의하겠습니다. 3: 베이스 코트를 바를 때 젤 모양 때문에 고객님의 손을 뒤집을 때 힘을 준 점 죄송합니다.
